A: Each competition has a specific end date/draw date displayed on its page. Standard competitions are drawn on this date, while instant win competitions reveal results immediately.

Q: How are winners selected?

A: Winners are selected using certified random number generation software. For instant wins, winning tickets are pre-selected randomly. For standard draws, a random ticket number is drawn on the end date.

Q: How will I know if I've won?

A: Winners are notified by email within 24 hours of the draw. For instant wins, you'll see your result immediately on screen and receive an email confirmation.
